When I met Kate Greenstock, her grounded warmth and clear sense of purpose were immediately evident. A midwife, educator, and coach with a global outlook, Kate is dedicated to advancing maternal health equity and implementing sustainable midwife-led care models. Her career, enriched by experiences in Iran, Japan, the UAE, and the UK, reflects a deep commitment to supporting leaders and healthcare professionals as they navigate complex challenges.<\/p>

Kate combines clinical expertise with creative leadership, mentoring healthcare professionals to grow with resilience and clarity. As a Certified Co-Active Coach and author of Flourish: A Practical and Emotional Guidebook to Thriving in Midwifery<\/i> (2023), she empowers midwives and leaders alike to reimagine their roles, prioritise their well-being, and create meaningful change.<\/p>

During our shoot on London\u2019s Southbank and its surrounding areas, Kate wanted the photographs to reflect her connection to nature, the outdoors, and her vibrant passion for her work. Capturing her grounded yet colourful energy was a joy, and the final images beautifully convey the authenticity and commitment she brings to her work.<\/p>
